At approximately 1 am this date, two males placed bicycles into the rear of the pictured van which was parked in the lot of Rossini’s at the intersection of Sudbury Rd and Fitchburg Tpke (RT 117). The males then stole the van. The van is a 2015 Nissan NV2500 with Massachusetts registration T12096 and has the Rossini’s logo and graphics of a pizza on it. If you observe the van please call your local police immediately. Anyone with any information is asked to call our Department at 978-318-3400.

Chief Joseph O’Connor joined the Concord Police Department in June of 2014 after having served on the MBTA Transit Police Department with distinction from 1990-2014 and previously served as a police officer for the towns of Dennis and Winchester during his career. He rose through the ranks of the Transit Police, from Patrolman to Superintendent-in-Chief.
He holds a master’s degree in criminal justice from Boston University, and a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Curry College. He is also a graduate of the prestigious FBI National Academy and the Police Executive Research Forum's Senior Management Institute for Police.
