Officer Charles Femino
Chief Joseph O’Connor is pleased to announce that a new officer has joined the Concord Police Department.
Officer Charles Femino completed the Massachusetts Police Training Committee’s Reading Police Academy on June 28, 2022 and has been certified by the Peace Officer Standards and Training Commission. He appeared in front of Assistant Town Clerk MaryLou Carney who administered the Oath of Office today.
Officer Femino is a native of Melrose. He graduated from Endicott College in 2021 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice. While attending Endicott College, he was a student-athlete as a member of the football team. He served as an Assistant Harbormaster in Beverly and completed internships with the Melrose Police Department and Probation Department at the Somerville District Court.
